Parents who fail to pick up their children by the 6:00 pm closing time will be charged an additional $1.00 per 1 minute per child. This fee will appear on the bill the following week. Regular occurrence of late pick-ups may result in a conference in which we discuss with the parents whether this is the best place to meet the family's needs.
For example: 6:01 to 6:15 = $15.00 (per child).

All children attending Little Village must be signed in and out daily. Sign-in books are located in your child’s classroom or in the Community Life Center depending upon the hour. In emergency situations or in the case of a fire drill, these books are taken with the class for roll taking purposes.
When the class leaves the classroom for activities in another room or for free time on the playground, a head count is taken before leaving the room and before returning to the class.
Our before and after school children need to be signed in/out daily as well. When we are picking children up from their designated schools, role is taken. If the child does not come to the van, Little Village AND the child’s school is called to locate the missing child BEFORE we leave the school grounds.
